Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy – Pakistan

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for your convenience.

• Please ensure your contact number and address are accurate and active
• Orders placed on COD may be verified via call or WhatsApp before dispatch
• Customers are requested to accept the parcel at the time of delivery
• Repeated order refusals may result in restriction of COD service for future orders

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Product must not be damaged or tampered with
• Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene reasons, used or opened products are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will be notified of approval or rejection
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet (Easypaisa/JazzCash)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a wrong or damaged item:

• Report within 48 hours of delivery
• Share photos/videos as proof
• We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
